I read with interest your article/essay concerning how will we know when we have won the war in Iraq.  I agree that this war is not actually a war in the traditional definition, and simply saying we have won will not at all be conclusive.  Your thoughts are a refreshing take on the old tired cliche that says we must WIN the war in Iraq, when winning is not a realistic option.  Well done!

You have Bush pegged to a tee.  How he can stay in office with the laws he has broken and the lives he has wasted is beyond me.  I am counting the days until he is out of office.  I got a kick out of the remarks of Danpirate.  He is either quite funny or quite dumb, I am not sure which.

Thanks for your article on the legacy of Bill Clinton.  He did indeed when he left office, leave our country in better shape than he found it.  The damage done to our country by George Bush is quite a stark and terrible contrast.
